Shipping policy



All orders typically dispatch within 24 hours, excluding pre-order items, weekends and public holidays. All orders ship from the Scotland. Shipping timeframes exclude processing time.

  • Orders will ship DDP starting September 2026.
  • Duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout
Shipping delays are subject to each courier and may vary. Kindly check the courier’s website for the most updated tracking information.

Please note: Any orders that aren't send DDP prior to this being integrated and fail to pay any duties/taxes/refuse delivery these items will be nonrefundable. As a small business, we have now implemented DDP so that duties and taxes are clear before placing any orders. Duties & Taxes prior to DDP set up are responsible for these fees and are not collected by Cowboy Calling.

PRE-ORDERS
Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying delivery times. Pre-ordering guarantees your purchase of an item when it is back in stock. If you have other items in your order, those will ship out when your pre-order item is back. If you need your other items faster, please place a separate order. Pre-order dates are only estimates.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information.
Please allow a short period of time for your tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking once your order has been dispatched, particularly for international deliveries where the courier may contact you regarding delivery.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
If a parcel is returned to Cowboy Calling because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel from the courier, additional shipping charges may apply if you would like the order to be resent. If
