RETURNS
- 1. Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- 2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- 3. Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- 4. Please take care when trying on our items. Any items returned that have pulls, fake tan or heavily perfumed will not be eligible for a return.
- 5. Our Trucker hats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, Please double check your order before completing your purchase.
- 1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@cowboycalling.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- 2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
- 3. Shipping the Return: Pack the items securely with original packaging. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

SHIPPING
Cowboy Calling ships all of our parcels from our warehouse Monday-Friday (Excluding Public and Bank Holidays)
We currently use DHL to manage our shipments which are Next Day Delivery for UK and 1-3 Business Days USA, CAN, EU.
Cowboy Calling is not responsible for any import, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.
