Refund policy

At CC, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our returns policy allows you to return items within 14 days of receiving them, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

3. Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.

1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@cowboycalling.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Shipping the Return: Pack the items securely with original packaging. We will deduct the return shipping fee (£5.35) off of your order amount

4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

All our pieces go through many quality control checks before sending out. We wont ship out any items that are damaged or defective. Should you have an issue, please email info@cowboycalling.co.uk

Discounts: 

Please note that all discounts and promotions are only valid during the promotional period and cannot be applied to previous orders. We are unable to offer refunds or price adjustments for orders placed before the promotion.
