We want you to love your Cowboy Calling pieces. If something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to let us know you'd like to make a return.
Once your return has been requested, you then have a further 14 days to send your item back to us.

Please take care when trying on your Cowboy Calling pieces. We reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from your refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, resulting in a reduction in its value.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. You have two options:
Returns for faulty or damaged items are free.
Once your return reaches us, it will be inspected to make sure it meets our returns criteria. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and you'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Need a different size? We're happy to offer exchanges on eligible clothing items, subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, email info@cowboycalling.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the size you'd like instead.
Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Your item must be sent back within 14 days of requesting your exchange and meet the same return conditions as above. A £11.10 return and redelivery fee applies, and we'll email you a payment link to cover this.
Once your item has been received and inspected, we'll dispatch your new size. If your requested size is no longer available, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.
Every Cowboy Calling piece goes through quality control before leaving us. In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please email info@cowboycalling.co.uk with your order number and photos showing the issue.
If you let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, you're entitled to a full refund. If it's been more than 30 days, please still get in touch and we'll guide you through the next steps to resolve it.
We'll cover the cost of returning faulty items to us, and no deductions will be made from your refund.
Discount codes and promotional offers are valid only during the advertised promotional period and are subject to any terms of that promotion.
Promotional discounts can't be applied retrospectively to orders placed before a promotion begins, and we don't offer price adjustments on previous purchases because an item is later reduced or included in a promotion.
Buying an item during a promotion or sale does not affect your statutory return rights.
